  • When Will My Order Ship?

Local orders will ship directly from our local USA storages. Products are all ready to ship and delivery going to take 3 business day. And international orders that requries shiptments from our outside of USA warehouses can take up to 1 business day to process and ship from our warehouse. It usually takes 4 to 8 business days for global orders to deliver. Just a heads up, our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

 

  • Where Is My Order?

If you want to check on the status of your order, you can find a link to your tracking info within your order confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email. Clicking “Track Order” from your email will take you to your order confirmation page where you’ll see your tracking number and the current status of your order: confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, or delivered. You can also click on your tracking number for more specific information about your order from the shipping carrier.

We recommend you subscribe for notifactions about your order as well. Navigate to our footer at bottom at the page and enter your email adress and click send button.

You can also view your order tracking information by signing in to your account and navigating to the “My Orders” page.

 

  • Why does my tracking order show "pre-shipment"?

‘Pre-shipment’ from USPS, ‘Pending’ from FedEx, and ‘Shipment ready for UPS’ from UPS has, unfortunately, become standard statuses even after a package has been handed off to the courier. Often in these situations the package is moving through the system, but has missed a scan. So don't fret, you should still be getting your order.

In many cases, the tracking information will be updated within 72 hours, but if you do not see an update in the tracking or delivery within 5 business days from the time you receive your shipment confirmation email, please reach out in the LiveChat or via email at emrecavuscarparts@gmail.com so we can assist.
